This Agreement was last modified on 18 February 2016.

-Goods once sold are non-refundable

-Please check the product physically at the spot. No warranty claims will be taken into consideration for any physical damage after delivery.

-No warranty claims on touch, LCD, camera, water damage, or dead phones.

-Phone in warranty can be replaced with the same model only.

-The customer will be provided replacement within 7 days in case of non-availability of the same model.

-Customers will be charged 20% in case they wish to change the model of the phone.

Kindly note that there are no warranty claims for used phones in the market. However, Store4U facilitates the customers by attending to their complaints.

Store4u.pk is not bound to buy back the phones sold.
